It is strongly recommended that you read and understand these ‘Terms of Use’ (“T&Cs”/”Agreement”) carefully before registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading or using the GoGetIndia E-commerce website located at https://gogetindia.com/ or the GoGetIndia /gogetindia mobile application, gogetindia WAP, gogetindia IVR or any similar platform (hereinafter collectively referred to as, the “GoGetIndia/gogetindia/GGI Platform”) run by ”, hereinafter we referred as ALOPAV ECOMFIRM INDIA PRIVATE LTD. Based on IT and Career Development Humanitarian Society (hereinafter we referred as Organisation/Society) . As by accessing this site (hereinafter the “Marketplace”), you agree to be bound by the same and acknowledge that it constitutes an agreement between you and the Organisation (hereinafter the “User Agreement/Terms and Conditions”). If you do not agree with this User Agreement, you should not use or access the Marketplace for any purpose whatsoever.
The terms ‘visitor(s)’, ‘user(s)’, ‘you’, ‘your’, hereunder refer to the person visiting, accessing, browsing through and/or using the Marketplace at any point in time.
“GoGetIndia” is the E-commerce platform of ALOPAV ECOMFIRM INDIA PRIVATE LTD, an Organisation incorporated under the West Bengal Societies Act, 1962 having its Office at and City office at BLD 36.75 HUSSAINPUR ROAD KOLKATA, WB 700107. The domain name GoGetIndia.in is owned by the Organisation (hereinafter collectively, “GGI”/”GoGetIndia E-commerce”/”GGI mall”), on any device and/or before availing any physical goods marketplace related services offered by GoGetIndia E-commerce on the GoGetIndia Platform (hereinafter individually, “GoGetIndia on demand Marketplace Service” and collectively, the “GoGetIndia Marketplace Services”).
Users shall not hold the Society or its group entities, or affiliates, their respective secretary, members, officers, employees, agents, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a user claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of any purchase made through the Application, whether with or without Cash-back/Discount/Offers/Coupons/Gifts/etc.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. The User Agreement may be updated from time to time by the Organisation without notice. It is therefore strongly recommended that you review the User Agreement, as available on the Marketplace, each time you access and/or use the Marketplace.
ALOPAV ECOMFIRM INDIA PRIVATE LTD is the owner of the brand GoGetIndia.in and the website https://gogetindia.in/ (”The Site”). ALOPAV ECOMFIRM INDIA PRIVATE LTD respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy provides succinctly the manner your data is collected and used by DiCM on the Site. As a visitor to the Site/Customer, you are advised to please read the Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing the services provided by the Site you agree to the collection and use of your data by DiCM in the manner provided in this Privacy Policy.
As part of the registration process on the Site, ALOPAV ECOMFIRM INDIA PRIVATE LTD may collect the following personally identifiable information about you: Name including first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.) and information about the pages on the site you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information.
The Marketplace is a platform for domestic consumers to transact with third-party sellers, who have been granted access to the Marketplace to display and offer products for sale through the Marketplace. For abundant clarity, the Organisation does not provide any services to users other than providing the Marketplace as a platform to transact at their own cost and risk, and other services as may be specifically be notified in writing.
The Organisation is not and cannot be a party to any transaction between you and the third party sellers, or have any control, involvement or influence over the products purchased by you from such third party sellers or the prices of such products charged by such third-party sellers. The Organisation, therefore, disclaims all warranties and liabilities associated with any products offered on the Marketplace.
Services on the Marketplace are available to only select geographies and PIN code in India and are subject to restrictions based on business hours and days of third-party sellers.
Transactions through the Marketplace may be subject to a delivery charge where the minimum order size is not met. You will be informed of such delivery charge at the stage of check-out for a transaction through the Marketplace.
The Site GoGetIndia on Demand Marketplace E-Services operating byALOPAV ECOMFIRM INDIA PRIVATE LTD absolutely for a social cause. Services of the Site would be available to only select geographies in India. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use/access the Site/ Marketplace. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 (Eighteen) years but at least 14 (Fourteen) years of age you may use/access the Site/ Marketplace only under the supervision of a parent (adult parent) or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If your age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users. You are prohibited (even under provision) from purchasing any material(s)/ product(s)/article(s) which are for adult consumption and the sale of which to minors is prohibited or to anyone previously suspended or removed by GoGetIndia E-commerce from availing the GoGetIndia Marketplace Services or accessing the GoGetIndia Platform. In any of this case if our suspecting arises and you not able to satisfy us we will forcibly cancel your Transaction/Site access.
The Marketplace is intended to be a platform for end-consumers desirous of purchasing product(s) for domestic self-consumption. If you are a retailer, institution, wholesaler, distributor or any other business user, you are not eligible to use the Marketplace/Site to purchase products from third-party sellers, who have been granted access to the Marketplace to display and offer their products for sale through the Marketplace to direct consumers only.
By accepting the T&Cs or by otherwise using the GoGetIndia Marketplace Services on the GoGetIndia Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have not been previously suspended or removed by GoGetIndia E-commerce, or disqualified for any other reason, from availing the GoGetIndia Marketplace Services or using the GoGetIndia Platform. In addition, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all the T&Cs as part of this Agreement. Finally, you shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity. Finally, in the event of any violation of the T&Cs GoGetIndia E-commerce reserves the right to suspend or permanently prevent you from availing GoGetIndia Marketplace Services or using the GoGetIndia Platform.
The Organisation, in its sole discretion and without liability, reserves the right to terminate or refuse your registration, or refuse to permit use/access to the Marketplace, if: (i) it is discovered or brought to notice that you do not conform to the eligibility criteria, or (ii) the Society has reason to believe (including through evaluating usage patterns) that the eligibility criteria is not met/is violated by a user, or (iii) may breach the terms of this User Agreement.
In order to determine compliance with eligibility criteria, the Society inter alia uses an algorithm and/or pre-determined criteria based technology and accordingly, from time to time, your usage may be restricted or blocked on account of overlap with such algorithms/pre-determined criteria. In such cases, if you are a genuine domestic user of the Platform, please contact us for assistance.
GoGetIndia grants you a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express prior written consent of the Society. This limited sublicense does not include/permit any resale or commercial use of this Site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant/third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of DiCM. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the Site/Marketplace or of the Society and/or its affiliates without the express prior written consent of the Society. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing the Site’s or ALOPAV ECOMFIRM INDIA PRIVATE LTDname or GoGetIndia’s name without the express prior written consent of the Society. Any unauthorized use/access or any other illegitimate means to any portion or feature of the Site terminates the permission or license granted by the Society DiCM/ GoGetIndia.
All shoppers have to register and log in for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer/user can opt out either by unsubscribing in “My Account” or by contacting the customer service and can place a request for the same.
As part of the registration process on the Site, the Society may collect the following personally identifiable information about user, including but not limited to Name , email address, age, address mobile phone number and other contact details, demographic profile (like user age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.) and information about the pages on the Marketplace user visit/access, the links you click on the Site, the number of times you access a particular page/feature and any such information. Information collected about the user is subject to the Privacy Policy of the Organisation, which is incorporated in these Terms of Use by reference.
All the products listed on the Site/Marketplace will be sold at MRP or at Market Price (Sometimes this may not exactly happen for fresh and frozen food to determine the Market Price) unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of order will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. However, from time to time, the prices of certain products may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Society by a third-party seller. In each such case, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Society reserves the right to cancel the order without any further liability.
A customer is eligible to place 4 live orders. Every order can be a group of various kinds and quantity of items available on the Site/Marketplace.
A customer 5th order will not be executed if any 1 of his before 4 orders are still live.
Live order refers to all those orders which are not delivered.
From time to time, the Society may at its discretion offer a user promotional Cash-back, Coupons, Promo Codes, Discounts etc. entitling you to en-cash the applicable value of such codes/coupons against purchases made on the Site/Marketplace. Unless specifically stated in the code or coupon, a promotional code or coupon shall:
Only applicable to the product by the Society selected and may not for the entire range available on the Site/Marketplace. A user shall be entitled to cash-back on a specific purchase/order as indicated at the time of checkout of the final order on the Marketplace.
Promotional Cash-back/Discount credited can be subjected to expire at the discretion of the Society though generally expire at 12:00 AM (inclusive of the issuance date) from the date of issuance endorsed thereon.
Have a maximum discount or cash-back value of INR 100.00 only for purchase minimum of INR 1000.00 or higher. Purchasing lower than INR 1000.00 at an order no discount or cash-back will be applicable unless specifically stated.
In no event imply that the Cash-back or Discount shall be credited to a user’s bank account or card account or refunded in cash at any time.
At the time of using promotional codes and coupons for a purchase on the Site/Marketplace, the payment mode “Pay on Delivery” shall not be available for making payments towards the order unless specifically stated.
There may be certain code is valid only for new users. The minimum order value is minimum INR 1000.00 Maximum Discount is INR 250.00
No Cash-back/Discount shall be available for orders which are canceled. Any Cash-back offered may be recovered by the Society, without notice to the user, in such cases. Any Cash-back offered for orders for which a refund claim is made, whether in part or in full, shall be adjusted to remove Cash-back attributable to the extent of the order refunded. This condition shall apply strictly and notwithstanding the display of Cash-back on any specific item(s) listed on the Application as an item specific Cash-back.
Cash-back/Discount offers cannot be clubbed with any other offers and cannot be assigned/ transferred to any other person.
The Society reserves the right to, without liability or prejudices to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel the Cash-back offers, and the terms applicable thereto.
These Terms and Conditions relating to eligibility for Cash-back shall be in addition to and not in substitution of or derogation to the Terms and Conditions governing the use/access of Site/Marketplace.
You as a customer/user can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot or before the order enter the “Enroute” stage for which you have placed an order by calling our Customer Service/Help Desk or using the Site/Marketplace. For any permitted cancellations, we will refund any payments already made by you under the relevant order within approximately 4-2 working days.

Orders may be cancelled by the Society in any of the following cases: (a) If it is suspected any fraudulent transaction by any customer, or (b) if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which defies or violates these Terms and Conditions/Terms of Use/User Agreement of using the website, or (c) in case of unavailability of product(s), or (d) for any reason outside the control of the Society including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.. For such cancellations, the Society will refund the payment, if any, made by you under the relevant order within 7 working days.
Further, while precautions are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications, the details of a product as reflected on the Marketplace may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Society by third-party seller and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Society. In such event, the Society reserves the right to cancel your order and grant credit/coupon for the value of the returned product. Such credit shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice for transactions on the Site/Marketplace.
We will maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users/customers and reserve the right to deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them in future..
The Marketplace has a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all users who have purchased a product on the Site/Marketplace to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. In case you are not available at delivery to check the quality of the product(s), you may raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery. To pass feedback to the merchants to improve the services, it is mandatory to share the images of the items which you were dissatisfied with. We may take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note/ coupon in lieu of the value of the return products. Such credit shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice for transactions on the Marketplace.
You may request for a refund/replacement within 7 days of delivery, for Electronics and Cookware products with all original tags & packaging intact in case of any quality issues. It is also requested that a user should check if the product seal is intact (i.e. not broken) while accepting the order to avoid any kind of damage related complaints post-delivery.
Further, it is clarified that for electronic and cookware products, no returns shall be accepted post 7 days of delivery and the user should get in touch with the Brand/Manufacturer with original invoice given at the time of delivery from the Society.
Please note: Few items listed may or may not carry a seller warranty to which Society will support basis return policy.
In the event any product delivery is delayed or is returned from its destination on account of a mistake by you (i.e. providing the wrong name or address or any other wrong/incorrect/misleading or wholly or partially/incomplete information) any extra cost incurred by the Society for redelivery shall be claimed from you and you have to borne.
You agree to use the services provided by the Society for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using/accessing and transacting on the Site/Digital Marketplace.
That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. The Society reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration, cancel all orders, cancel Coupons/Promo Codes, etc. offered to you and debar you from using the Services and /or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever, and without any liability to you.
You are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.
The address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
Before placing an order you will check and review the product description carefully and in sufficient detail. By placing an order on the Marketplace, for each and every product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description without exception.
Notwithstanding the right of the Shareholders on cancellation of the order, any product in the order may be replaced by the Society in case of unavailability or for other reasons outside the control of the Society, subject to you may refuse to accept such replacement/substitute product. For such cancellations, the Society will refund the payment of the order/product, if any, made by you under the relevant order within 7 working days.
